Welcome to Cave Ltd. Fix Your Xbox 360 ports

Welcome to Cave Ltd. Fix Your Xbox 360 ports. Here we discuss what is wrong with the current Cave arcade ports for the Xbox 360 gaming system.

We will make unbiased statements pertaining to Cave games on the Xbox 360 and the mistakes with each that should be addressed or have been forgotten altogether. As a Arcade game player I expect close to "PERFECT" translations when those games are brought home. If Cave does not do something about these problems they could alienate their current user base and ruin the quality of timeless classics. Lets bring to attention these problems and ask Cave to fix them accordingly. We the fans have enjoyed the quality that a "Cave Bullet Hell Shmup" is known for. They are accountable for their work. Lets help them make responsible decisions that can further expand the fanbase.

Deathsmiles 2X Xbox 360 is broken and needs to be fixed

Deathsmiles 2X came out for the Xbox 360 earlier this year. The game lacks several key ingredients that make Cave games fun. A lack of individual leaderboards is a huge oversight. Also the game has no 4:3 mode where the game is presented in full screen without any wasted area. The game is displayed in a forced 16:9 mode. A 4:3 mode is the best way for this game to be displayed. These are issues that must be addressed to help heal the perception the game has already of being a broken port. Many of people want to play the game in its natural state. It would be in the best interest if Cave LTD. would do something about these problems.

Guwange on Xbox 360 / XBLA / Live Arcade is broken and needs 4:3 mode

The Xbox 360 / XBLA port of the game Guwange is broken and needs to be fixed. The game does not display properly on a 4:3 display. The game is displayed in a tiny window at a forced 16:9 display which even when zoomed loses gameplay space and has borders on the sides even in TATE. This needs to be fixed in order to preserve the original experience of the game. If nothing is done about this the game will be considered broken and a shell of its PCB original. A individual offline leaderboard would be much appreciated as well.
