After numerous messages and posts on both their facebook and twitter lead by yours truly and a legion of angry frustrated fans. Cave has come to the rescue and announced on their blog and facebook that a patch will be released in late February that will allow 4:3 support. This is awesome as there was only a workaround I was using that did not work for everyone else. Now we can play the game in its original aspect ratio and have a full screen play area instead of a little window.
